Rent fee: 4500SEK/month (incl. electricity, heating, water, daily use waste fee, wifi) - 8m2 room at Ground floor with a small area in front for garden if you are interested in plants in summer. - This mini apartment is 03 rooms is an annex to our villa with entrance separated from the villa's entrance. Underfloor water heating. Oak floor. - Shared areas with 02 other tenants: kitchen, Sofa/dining area, and bathroom-laundry facilities. The whole area (except for bathroom) renovated in 2023. - Close to and excellent connections to Lund University, Axis, Supermarkets (ICA, Willys), Mc Donald, Circle K, bus station, Delphin Swimmingpool, etc. - Electricity and Water are included in rental fee with a levelled meter to be informed later. - Basic furniture provided: 01 small wardrobe, 01 single bed with mattress (no top mattress/beddings), 01 ceiling lamp, window curtain.
