2 rooms are available in our shared house in ✨Rissne✨ 😎About us: Currently, we are 5 (3 guys and 2 girls) between 24 and 31 years old coming from different countries (2 from India, 1 from Belarus, 2 from France). Some of us are quite new in Sweden and some other have been living here for several months/years. We all work full time or are still students doing a full time internship. We are dynamic and like to hang out together and share nice talks in the common areas, we would like to keep this atmosphere pleasant for everyone. We have a cleaning schedule that we all agreed on following. 🏠About the house 📍Where? - Rissne, 10min walking from Rissne station - Then, less than 20min to T-Centralen with the blue line ⏱️When? - 1 room is available from June 1st 2024 (room 6) - 1 room is already available (room 4) 🤑Price? - The rent is SEK 6000 per room - 1 month deposit - Their are additional fees for electricity which are about SEK 400 (during the winter, so it will be less this summer) 🛌Fournitures? - We share a large kitchen, and each floor has its own bathroom, which means that you will be sharing the bathroom with 1 or 2 other people. - The rooms are furnished (see pictures) and you can choose between a single or double bed. - We have a nice terrace and storage area located outside, you can easily store you bike or other belongings if needed. 🫵About you! - You are in our age range (20ish - 30), young worker or student. - You are dynamic, social and willing to be sharing a room with (at maximum) 6 other roommates. - You don't have any pet and you are willing to respect the house rules and cleaning schedule. - You are open minded and willing to live with people from different backgrounds. 📧If you are intersted, reach out to us via this announcement and introduce yourself (age, gender, your studies/job, your previous experience with roommates, hobbies, etc).
