Hi, We live in a big villa and are looking for people to share space with us. We are a mix of people - working and students. Landlord does not stay with us and am posting it on his behalf. We have 2 rooms (12sqm, 14sqm) are available in our shared accommodation! Both rooms are on 2nd floor of newly built big villa of 3 floors with a small backyard (3 bathrooms, 1 per floor). The rent is 6000 kr/month (+1 month deposit) including water, heating, broadband. Electricity is added later and shared among everyone. You can move in as early 1st May 2024 We are located in Rissne (20 minutes to T-centralen) The house has everything you need with completely furnished kitchen oven, dishwasher, microwave and utensils. Bathroom with washing machine, dryer and a bathtub. Furnished room with bed, desk, chair, wardrobe. The contract will directly with landlord who is super nice and available.
