What I rent out is a furnished room at 11.5 sqm in a villa. The room is only for one person. The house is one-storied with a basement and the room is in the basement. Access to kitchen and washing machine. Own toilet and shower. The rooms we all use we help to keep clean. (kitchen, hallway, steps, laundry) Your own room, toilet and shower you clean yourself. Toilet paper, soap, laundry detergent, you pay yourself The area is called Berthåga and is located 3.1 km from the city. It takes approx 10-15 minutes by bike. There is one person living in the house, even a cat Curry. The rent is 4.400 SEK/month including internet, water and electricity. Rent has to be paid the last day every month and one month`s notice. If you go into www.hitta.se and writes Berthåga Lindväg 10 you'll see the house and can watch what's around I have rented out before so I have some experience.
