The apartment is now available for a year and a half. . My apartment is in Bromma, I am renting it out while I’ll be abroad from September 2025 to December 2026 . The apartment is in a modern building (only 5 years old) and located in a newly developed, quiet neighborhood. It’s about a 10-minute walk to Sundbyberg station, or just 2 minutes by bus. From there, you can easily reach the city center by train or subway in 10–20 minutes.. 🛋️ The apartment is fully furnished, and I’ll leave everything you need for a comfortable stay – coffee machine, kitchen equipment, dishes, etc.. 💰 Rent: 10.800 SEK/month (includes electricity, internet, water, and heating). 🔒 Deposit: 12.800 SEK (covers one month’s rent plus furniture and personal belongings kitchen appliances etc ) . Rent and deposit must be paid when signing the contract. . Since the person I had chosen before has dropped out last minute I have only a few days for the viewings as I will be traveling Sunday 13th for 6 weeks. .
