A working desk and chair can be provided should the next tenant require one to work from home. WHAT IS INCLUDED IN THE RENT Hot and cold water, heating, furniture, cleaning equipment, iron and iron board, bed linen (new) and towels (new) are included in the rent. The tenant signs up for electricity, Internet and home insurance at his/her own cost and preference. We can of course assist in doing so and recommend suppliers for the same.
