Hi! My name is Mia, I’m Swedish working as a preschool teacher. I have a room to rent out for 1 person in my 3 room and 75 square meter apartment. It is located at Andra Långgatan close to Järntorget which has very good connections to the rest of the city and it is a 10 minute walk to the university, city center and Slottskogen which is a beautiful forest/park. There are many grocery stores around in the area and the nearest one is 2 minutes away. The rent is 6500:- (all included) per month but you will also be able to use the whole apartment such as a fully equipped kitchen and the living room and shared bathroom with shower/bathtub. You will also have a private furnished room which includes bed linen and towels. One month's deposit is paid in advance. I’m looking for an an expat who works or an international student. Preferably Brazilian since I speak Portuguese because I have lived there for a while, but I’m open for any international people.
