The available bedroom is of size 12m², accommodates 1 person (Female), comes with a closet, a 90 cm bed, a study desk & chair, storage shelf, bed linens, quilt and 2 pillows. . The apartment features a fully equipped kitchen, living room, two bedrooms and a bathroom. It is in great condition and includes a dishwasher and a common washing machine and dryer in the building. There is also a shared sauna and a bicycle room.. The apartment is located in a calm and peaceful area. The location is excellent-just a short walk (~250 m) to tram lines 1 & 5 and bus 17. You reach the city centre in just 15–17 minutes! There’s a Coop supermarket nearby. . A little about me: I am 33 and I will be living in the other bedroom. I don’t smoke, have no pets or kids. I would like to maintain a tidy, quiet, and organized home. I enjoy quiet downtime, but happy to engage in conversations! .
