In one of the most popular, attractive and cultural vibrant areas of Göteborg, Kungsladugård by Mariaplan, there is a furnished 15sqm room for rent for an international student, preferably. . Since 2017, I have rented the room to a number of international students - men and women - Erasmus student and masters students. One female master student from the Netherlands rented the room for nearly three years. All in all It all worked very well!. So now I'm looking for a new student! You will find the room in an 81sqm three room apartment which you will share with me, a young minded 56 year old teacher in humanistics and language - and father of a grown up daughter - who has left the building, of course.... As for me: I'm fluent in english and (almost) fluent in german. . About the area: Kungsladugård has a lot to offer for any outgoing culture minded person. It’s a favorite area for many young progressive people and students. Lots of pubs, cafes and restaurants. Just a stone’s throw from the river and the beautiful Röda Sten area and not far from Slottsskogen, here you´ll find all the recreation you need. For any person who’s in to sports the area is good for biking, running or walking. There is also a library and supermarkets within five minutes’ walk. And of course, the area wouldn’t be complete if there wasn’t a Systembolaget in the neighborhood, too. :-). Getting to the university or the center of Göteborg is easy: just get on the tram - it’s a two minutes’ walk - and you’ll be there in 20 minutes. If you got a bike you’ll be there even sooner..
