1 rums lägenhet i Göteborg

We rent out a room in our apartment which consists of 4 rooms. Students or workers , the most important thing is that our routines mix well living together! The room is 13 m² with a large wardrobe, bed (140cm) (can be exchanged for a smaller one, if desired) and a desk. The door to the room has a key. The whole apartament is 100m². The room is next door to the kitchen and toilet and separated from the other rooms by the hallway as shown in the picture over the apartment. A personal toilet ( no shower) is included in the rent of the room beside the shared bathroom with a shower. The kitchen and master bathroom are shared. Concerning communications, Linneplatsen is the nearest bus stop (about 3 minutes from the apartment). My mother, who is 58, lives in the apartment (I´m helping her rent out the room), my brother, who is 16 also lives there, and 2 cats. Everyone gets up early and comes home around 5 p.m. We are looking for an orderly and kind person who matches our routines. Personal space for food storage in the kitchen and storage space in the toilet is included. There is a tag-key to book to the laundry system. 4 machines for 4 hours are booked for each time. A room to store Bikes can be used. The room is meant for only 1 person. We would apreciate to disscuse any eventual visits (partners/family) before signing contract. You are very welcome to come and visit us and meet us. The room will be free from the 01/04/2025.
