Requirements: - The tenant is required to be a student at Chalmers University of Technology or the University of Gothenburg. Location: - The studio is within walking distance to Chalmers Campus Johanneberg and nearby grocery stores. - There are two bus stops within 5 minutes walking that go downtown. Building Amenities: - Shared laundry room with dryers (can be booked online). - Indoor bike parking. - Common hall with a ping-pong table, piano, couches, and chairs. Additional Perks: - Access to several common rooms through the Trust Council, including party rooms and billiards rooms. - Use of the pool at Gibraltargatan 80.
