Hello! Our lovely collective has now one available bedroom, so we are looking for a third flatmate to our little collective near Kjellers Park! We will prioritise renting the room to just one person. Room size: 11.4sqm Rent period: From now until July 31st (Some flexibility on the move in date) Rent cost: 4900 SEK/month (including utilities) The room is partially furnished (see pictures, comes with bed, desk and drawer if needed). The apartment is quite spacious at roughly 89sqm, with a fully functional kitchen and a roomy living room. There are 2 toilets and an in-house laundry machine. The building has also an inside garden with shared barbecues and a shared sauna. The location is very close to Kjellers Park so you can enjoy some beautiful views any time of the day, while also being very close to Lindholmen. The closest stop is less than 8 minutes away (Wieselgrensplatsen) Who we are: Andrea (29) - An Italian man who moved here almost 5 years ago, easygoing and easy to live with. Very left-wing and passionate about politics, equality of all types, while being good at listening carefully and openly to those who have different views. He loves to cook and share his cooking with others, always generous portions. He can be quiet and focused on his own projects at times but is incredibly social and his eyes light up with joy when there are any talks about shared dinners. Quite nerdy when it comes to comics and boardgames. Davide (31) - Another Italian man who also moved here almost 5 years ago. Very chill, outgoing and pretty easy to live with. He and Andrea get a strong positive reinforcement between each others when it comes to cooking, meaning that quite often he'll insist you try the freshly baked, delicious focaccia he just made. He's also quite nerdy and into boardgames, there's quite the collection in the house. He's also a good climber and overall outdoorsy person. Wallazio (13) - A retired sled dog that Andrea adopted a while ago and that will be at the house on and off every month or so. He's extremely quiet (he literally doesn't know how to bark), calm, extremely cuddly and well-trained for walks and hikes (he's also a great crag doggo).
