We wish to welcome folks who do not party and respect the others here who do shift work or are students.. Use of the 2.5 bathrooms , Kitchen and dining area is shared. With reasonable use of living area.. All utilities are included in the rent (Electric, Heat, Water, WiFi, etc). Our kitchen is fully equipped and bathrooms are newly renovated..
