Renting out my apartment for 1 year with possibility for extension. Apartment is located on the highest floor with elevator: 6/6 Commute: with a 2min walk to tram station: 5, 6, 10. Also a Volvo buss during rush hours. Grocery store, gym and restaurants within walking distance. Wifi and tv-connection is included. Furnitures such as bed, standing lamp, food table, armchairs and chairs. Table and kitchen wear utensils included. PS: Furnitures might be different form the pictures. You’ll need your own home insurance since you’ll be the householder. Electricity bill is payed the following month. Electricity network agreement: Göteborgs Energi every 3th month usually 400-600kr 2 monthly rent in deposit. Deposit is given back after approved inspection. If not approved, the deposit will be used for replacement, broken and fixing problem. An official subletting will be drafted. 2 months notice period. DM for showings- showing can be in person or digitally. Application process can take up to 2-4 weeks depending on season. ACCESS: As soon as application process is approved.
