I am looking at first hand for a person who needs the room for a long time due to studies or work. At least one year, with the possibility of extension. The apartment is at the first floor, has three rooms, spacious hall and kitchen, newly renovated bathroom, glazed balcony Wi-Fi and access to a large and modern laundry room on the ground floor. Not the electricity fee. The apartment is situated near to the sea and has good connections to Ropsten and the subway. From Ropsten, even direct bus line to KTH and Karolinska. The tenant will share the kitchen and the bathroom with the landlord, a lady who works partly at home. The room is almost separated from the rest of the apartment, near the entrance, the bathroom and the kitchen. The room has a large wardrobe, bookcase, work table, relief table, lamps and large bed. The tenant should have recommendations of two persons for instance his employer or his professor and she /he will be able to pay preferably two, but at least at least one month's deposit. I have those demands because I Have plans to be abroad and in that case I need to be able to trust the tenant´s sincerity. I also wish that she/he speaks fluently one of the following languages : Swedish, Greek, English The notice period is two months and is always announced in writing.
