I am looking for the second person - preferably an international visiting student or a researcher – to share my 84 m2 apartment. The apartment is in a quiet and popular area, which is 7 minutes biking distance (1.2 km) to the University Valla campus and 10 minutes biking distance (2 km) to the city center and hospital. Excellent bus connections are available nearby. A forest area (Rydskogen) and open-air sports center (Ryds motioncentrum) are only 200 meters away. . You will have the smaller bedroom as your private space (~15 m2). The room has a walk-in closet to store all your stuff. You will also have shared access to kitchen, living room, toilet, and bathroom and laundry facilities. Your room and the rest of the apartment are fully furnished and equipped. There is good broadband internet connection. . This rental offer is for one person only. I am looking for a responsible person who will help maintain joy, order, health and hygiene and who will respect others living in the apartment and the building. Friend visits and dinner gatherings are most welcome, but late and/or loud parties are not allowed. Smoking is strictly not allowed. . The monthly rent is 5400 SEK (please note that the Blocket system shows a higher rent as it by default assumes the rental contract will be signed through their services. I plan to use a rental contract based on the templates provided Swedish Real Estate Agency, therefore the rent will only be 5400 SEK/month). The rent covers heating, warm and cold water, electricity, internet connection, waste management, cleaning of the stairway, and access to all facilities. I also require a deposit of 5000 SEK. .
