I’m leaving Linköping for the first semester of the 2025/2026 academic year to write my thesis, meaning my apartment will be free from August 2025 to the beginning of January 2026!. The apartment is owned by Studentböstader, therefore, I will be subletting it. A great opportunity to bypass the waiting list if you don’t have enough queue points and want to collect some more!. The apartment has everything you would need: a bed, desk, wardrobe, full kitchen and a bathroom (only the laundry machines in the laundry room are shared). Outside there is a covered bicycle parking area.. Location: Ryd. Ryd is a student district, where everything is close. By bike:. - Campus Valla is 7 minutes away. - Campus US is 15 minutes away. - Closest supermarket (Hemköp) is 1-2 minutes away. - Student club Ryds Herrgård is 1-2 minutes away. Rent includes:. - Utilities - water, electricity, heating. - Internet (Wi-Fi) . - Access to a privately bookable sauna, study rooms, billiard rooms and a laundry room with automatic washing liquid dispensers (no need to buy your own liquid!).
