Due to some medical circumstances, I will be renting out my apartment over summer in Lund, so I can stay with my parents. Here is some information about the apartment and what I am looking for: THE APARTMENT Adress: Gamla Dalbyvägen 20, 224 88 (great location!) Square meters: 29,7 Floor: Ground Floor Amount of rooms: 1 room and kitchen Rent: 6500 kr/month (including electricity, water and wifi) Rental period: Over summer (from June to August ideally) Extra amenities: Furnished and equipped with everything you need from kitchen utensils and electronics to cleaning supplies, washing machine, dryer and dishwasher Information about the area: This apartment is well located, less than 10 mins by bike into the center, close to ICA and fitness 24/7. There is a beautiful lake/exercise/park area behind the buildings where you can go to relax and enjoy the beautiful weather. There are various buses that stop nearby, including number 5, 160, 162, 6, 3 and 5. WHAT TENANT I AM LOOKING FOR I am looking to find mainly girls/women to rent the apartment out. I am big on cleanliness and order, so someone who will keep the apartment clean, respecting the things I leave in there and taking care of it as if it were your own place. I don’t want: - Smokers - Pet owners - Big party hosts The apartment is located in a peaceful area where many other students, families and young adults live and we are very respectful towards each other. I would love someone who is quiet and orderly who can respect the neighbours and the common areas of the apartment buildings.
