Hello and welcome to a very central and fully furnished accommodation! A large furnished room (30 square meters) is available in a large apartment (120 square meters). Located in an old building just by Lund Central Station. It can’t get more central! The apartment is shared with me only, a Swedish woman in her 40s working at the university. It’s rented to one person, no pets. Non-smoking, clean and fresh. The room is fully furnished with a double bed, desk/dining area, armchair, bookshelf, clothes hanger, bedding, etc. It’s high up in the building with a wonderful view and lots of windows! There is access to a fridge/freezer, microwave, utensils, etc. inside the guest room. Available from June 1st 2025, until further notice or a shorter period if you prefer. The rent is 5400 including electricity etc., plus 300 because I buy all consumables, do cleaning, etc. If you will be in Lund very little, the rent may be lower. The place is only for someone who will commute to Lund for work, studies or other purposes. Maybe you want a central and convenient place to stay in Lund instead of hotel when you are here? You don’t have to be a weekly commuter, but the room is not rented to someone who moves in “full-time”. Please respect this. I have shared the apartment with different persons for several years and it works great! Here we live in the same large apartment but have our own personal space, and come and go as we please. When I am not working, I’m often off training etc. in the evenings. The bedrooms are in different parts of the apartment, and we do not disturb each other at all. The entrance and bathroom (which is shared) are far from the bedrooms. Free parking during evenings and nights just nearby. Of course it’s allowed for me to sublet like this, and we will sign a contract! Due to my work, the ad is a bit anonymous, but write a message about how you work or study, as well as how you will commute and where you will have your other home. Then I will respond and you will get my name and identity. As long as the ad is visible, it’s available. So please don’t send out prepared messages like “Your place seems perfect for me. Is it still available?”. I get hundreds of these from people who didn’t even read the ad. Welcome to a quiet and pleasant accommodation in the city center! :)
