Rent fee: 5000SEK/month (incl. electricity, heating, water, daily use waste fee, wifi) - 9m2 - Room 2: Available from 16 June 2024. Rent fee: 4700SEK/month (incl. electricity, heating, water, daily use waste fee, wifi) - 8m2 - One tenant per room - Rooms are located at Ground floor with a small area/yard in front for garden if you are interested in plants in summer. - This mini apartment is 03 rooms is an annex to our villa with entrance separated from the villa's entrance (Room 3 already reserved). Underfloor water heating. Oak floor. - The apartment (except for bathroom) was fully renovated in 2023 with new kitchen and kitchenwares, floor, heating system, electricity - Each room will have shared areas with 02 other tenants: kitchen, Sofa/dining area, bathroom-laundry facilities, bicycleshed, and front garden/yard. - Close to and excellent connections to Lund University, Axis, Supermarkets (ICA, Willys), Mc Donald, Circle K, bus station, Delphin Swimmingpool, etc. - Electricity (including heating), Wifi, Water are included in rental fee. - Basic furniture provided: 01 small wardrobe, 01 single bed with mattress (pillows and textiles top beddings to be arranged by tenants), 01 ceiling lamp, window curtain.
