The common areas and bathrooms are professionally cleaned every week. This service is included in the rent. There’s a gym and sauna on the property, which are also all inclusive. Additionally cleaning tools (vacuum cleaner, mops, brooms, sponges, cloths) and supplies (spray, garbage bags, etc.) are also all inclusive.
