There is also plenty of space in the kitchen with some kitchen items (basic) such as cups, plates and frying pan/cutlery. The room is within central Malmö with a 10-18 minute walk to Södervärn/Triangeln station. Five minutes walk to Mobilia shopping center with grocery stores / shopping and bus. The apartment is functional, bright and retro furnished on a total of 62 sqm/ 3 floors. No lift. Shared kitchen, bathroom with bathtub and dining area. Laundry room in the basement. Electricity, heat, water are included in the rent as well as internet (basic) via portable router. The batheroom is going to be replumed in the spring of 2025. Mainly looking for responsible adults or students without animals who can look after the apartment as I travel a lot for work.
