Large sleeping loft with 180 cm wide bed (very nice pocket-spring mattress). The sofa in the living room is a fold out bed which sleeps two people. Two roomy terraces, one for morning and noon sun, and the other for afternoon and evening sun, both with furniture and tables. Pets not allowed. High quality sofa bed that easily converts to 140 cm wide bed (also very comfortable). Fully equipped kitchen including micro, dishwasher, oven and espresso maker. Own parking space. Great location bordering to Nyckelviken nature reserve with nice 5 km (3 mile) jogging trail 100 meters from the house, animals like cows, sheep and rabbits, and magnificent views of Stockholm's inlet from a short walk. 10 km (6 miles) from Stockholm, good communications. Free parking space next to the house. 10 minute walk to 2 convenience stores, 2 gyms, a top class cafe and good resturants. 6 minute walk to lake with sandy beach. Plenty of bathing cliffs and small beaches nearby, Very quiet street, and a safe neighborhood. Restaurants, gym, hairdresser, top café and two food stores are located about 1 km away. There is a parking close to the accommodation which is included in rent, water, garbage, insurance also. Fully furnished as of the photos. Important: Not for a family with small children. This is for 2 adults. No pets. The double bed is on a loft that you need to climb a ladder to get up to. The loft does not have standing height. The Mini-Villa is 30 square meters on the bottom floor. On the bottom floor there are: entrance hall with wardrobe, bathroom with heated floor, shower, washer/dryer, toilet, short hallway to the living room/kitchen, which has a very high ceiling. The west facing wall is basically all windows, and a large sliding door to the terrace with day and evening sun. The living room has a table which can be folded out to accomodate four people, a sofa bed (140 cm bed) with a small table, a LED TV, and an armchair, plus a fully equipped kitchen. The loft is about half 15 square meters, and contains the 180 cam bed, lamps and a window, and is reached via a ladder. Communications. A bus stop is 180 meters from the house. The closest bus hub is Ektorp, which is 800 meters away. To get to Slussen by bus takes around 30 minutes. Since electricity prices have gone a bit unpredictable in Sweden, we have decided to have the electricity on top of the monthly cost for long term rentals. The house is of a Swedish small house class called Attefallshus.
