Hello! Our house is opening its doors to 1 person or 2 new people (couples friendly), officially from November 1st (although an earlier move-in can be arranged)! Are you in? We are living in a big 19th century villa with a huge garden in Sollentuna about 6-7 mins walking distance from the Sollentuna centrum. The surroundings of the house are beautifully natural with lakes and forests, while you still get the perks of being close to the city and other key locations in Stockholm. Regarding the room, there are two options: 1. The master bedroom: this is pretty much the size of an studio apartment, hence the rent is higher (9,000 sek) — suitable for a couple! 2. A spacious one-person bedroom: this room comes with a built-in cupboard and a larger storage room that could be used as a walk-in closet.. whatever you want. Rent: 6,500 sek. All charges are included in the rent; insurance, electricity, water, Wi-Fi, and garbage collection! We want a house full of good friends that share valuable moments, cultivate trust and respect, and feel like we can rely on each other. We are looking for people who are caring, empathetic and communicative about their needs and boundaries 🩷 Evidently, you need to be able to show that you can pay your rent on time.
