Hi! I'm renting out one of my rooms in my 70sqm apartment before I'm selling my appartment. A weekend or two will be days where potential bayers of the appartment will need access to your room, cleaned. The room that you will be renting is secluded and you have your own private space. There is also a kitchen, a dining room/hall and living room and bathroom. Very good communications: - Sollentuna center and commuter train to T-centralen are 7 minutes by bus from the apartment, the bus stop is right outside the apartment. - Mörby city center subway is 15 minutes away by bus in the other direction. Food stores like ICA, LIDL, pharmacy, bakery and restaurants are 1 minute walk down to Edsberg center from the apartment. Laundry room is in the same building as the apartment.
