**** GREAT OPPORTUNITY TO RENT FOR AN ENTIRE YEAR **** Hello! I'm renting out my fully furnished 37m2 apartment in central Stockholm, located in the family friendly borough Vasastan, in the quiet neighbourhood of Röda Bergen. I am renting it out to start with for two months, from July through August, with VERY GOOD chances of extending the lease 1 year or even longer! This is because I am currently applying for jobs outside of Sweden and will most likely not need the apartment. Located on a one-way street, there are rarely passerby cars (or pedestrians) on this quiet street. Very comfy! (Swedish is also fine.) The whole apartment was renovated in March 2023, where the kitchen and bathroom were completely redone. The kitchen has everything you might need; stove, dual oven-and-microwave, large fridge and freezer, Nespresso machine, electronic kettle, dishwasher, mixer, toaster, etc and lots of storage space. Bathroom is newly renovated and very well-planned. It has thermal floor heating which is nice during the colder winter months. It is also equipped with a towel dryer and a LED-mirror. I also have two smart TVs which you of course are very welcome to use. The bedroom has a big 140cm bed and a walk-in-closet with lots of storage space. A glass divider separates the bedroom from the living room/kitchen area. There are some sonos speakers in both the living room and bathroom that I will leave if you wish to use them. Only good tunes! :) In the basement of the apartment building, our Brf (housing co-op) has a laundry room with 12 bookable washing machines, four drying rooms and 2 dryers. It's super easy to book a regular 2-hour time slot and the laundry room is of course open 24/7. I usually just slip out the front door and run down to the laundry room in 30 seconds, and there're almost always free machines to use. The neighbors are very friendly. :) The apartment is located on the first floor (ground level). The neighborhood and apartment is very quiet and soundproof, respectively. It's a 4 minute walk from the S:t Eriksplan metro station, and 100m from bus 3, 6 and the Flygbuss to any of the Swedish airports. Supermarkets and gyms are located just a 4 minute walk from the apartment. Included in the rent is everything; energy, water, wi-fi. I am looking to rent out to someone that is responsible, calm, clean, tidy, doesn't smoke and takes good care of the apartment. The tenure period is from the end of June (30th) 2025 to the end of August 2025, exact dates can be discussed, and there are as I said great chances of extending the contract.
