The apartment's total size is 38 m2. It has two rooms of around 15-17 m2. I live in one of the rooms and the other room is private to you. We both will share the kitchen bathroom, toilet, and storage space. It has a small-sized kitchen but is fully equipped with a fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, toaster, etc. You can always use the variety of Indian spices or more stuff that I have in the kitchen. The apartment is well-furnished for your comfortable stay. Room heating, hot water, internet, and electricity are included in your rent. I am a vegetarian, I don't eat meat or fish. I respect your personal choice of eating non-veg food. But I would prefer it if you don't cook it in the kitchen. I hope you understand this. Rest I am a very flexible and open person. I am renting out the apartment to share the rent. But I am looking for only a suitable tenant. So it would be nice if you could tell me about yourself first.
