I’m renting out a room at Mariatorget. The room is fully furnished with a bed, nightstands, wardrobe, carpets and antique furniture. The window is towards the calm garden of the building. The building is old and was built 1906. So the ceiling is high and the apartment is very charming. The bathroom has a bathtub, the kitchen is fully equipped and there is a laundry room in the garden. Internet and electricity is included in the rent. . About me and living space: I am working from home part of the week, I have a dog - a rescue named Ralfie and he is sweet and loves cuddles. This is a calm living space and the environment around it is too. So this suits a person that needs to study and/or work. At home I’m either working or resting:). . Visits from friends are okay but not sleepovers. . The lease is 1-3 months at a time with absolutely prolonging it if you want to and we get along.
