Hej!. We are a collective of five people in Vasastan looking for our new flatmate! We share a 145m2 flat and the available room is 10m2 with a rent of Phone kr/month The deposit is 20 000kr. The rent includes water, internet and good vibes. Electricity and insurance are to be paid separately. Contract is to be signed with me, the landlord, but the visits will be handled by the residents themselves (I'll give you the contact in DM).. Here is a note from them: We are all active but pretty calm people. But we know how to plan great parties when everyone feels like it :) We believe it’s great to share a flat and we love to gather sometimes in the kitchen to share dinner or a drink. We are all responsible for ourselves and we look after each other.
