The apt. is a three bedroom apt. 107 m² and is located in the heart of Södermalm with buses 3 and 4 right outside the building and walking distance to metro station Skanstull and commuter train station Södra station. Plenty of beautiful green areas nearby and 5 min walking distance to the water down by beautiful Årstaviken where you will find a small beach, restaurants, mini golf and cafés and restaurants during the summer months. There is a supermarket literally in our building and a bigger one (ICA Kvantum) a short walk away. The room is accessed directly from the entrance and directly outside the room is the toilet. The room is equipped with a small fridge, a freezer and a microwave. Common areas are only the *kitchen* and the *bathroom*. **Deposit of one month's rent.** Write me and tell me a little about yourself!
