We kept it as an nice weekend cityhouse in the past years, but the cost becomes bit too high now. So we would like to rent it out for 1-2 years until the interest rate drops back to normal.. The well-planned 44 sqm apartment is fully equipped with everything that is needed for a comfortable stay. Both the apartment and the whole building were fullly renovated in 2017 with a high standard. It even has a large walk-in closet and cozy terrace (about 16 sqm) facing south to the inner garden. The area is extremely quiet while being central. Everything is within walking distance such as Västermalmsgallerian, winestore, Coop, ICA, Willys, Lidl, restaurants, bars, subway station (Fridhemsplan), parks, waterfront and even Stockholm cityhall. I am looking for a quiet tenant with stable finance, non-smoking & non-pet. The internet fee will be included the rent. The tenant needs to cover the electricity cost during the rental period.
