Hello! I am 35 yeard old guy renting out a room (13sqm) in my apartment in Kungsholmen/Fridhemsplan in Stockholm. It is a 3-room apartment, 56sqm, with a big kitchen and a great view of the city. The apartment is beautifully furnished with all kitchen necessities etc. The bathroom is recently renovated. The room where I work and sleep is close to the entrance and not directly connected to your room. Your room is decorated with a 140cm bed, a drawer for storing clothes and a desk. One thing to note though, the association is doing window renovations until the 27th of september. So there will be covers over the windows and the balcony won't be accessible until then. Approx 8-10 min walk from green line Fridhemsplan, and maybe 3 min walk to blue line Fridhemsplan. Fridhemsplan is great and central hub, only two stops from Central Station with the blue metro line. In Fridhemsplan you will find everything you need, including shopping malls, Willys/ICA/Coop, and also a lot of cheap pubs etc. My 11 year old son lives here every other weekend, but he is a nice and quiet kid, mostly playing games with his headphones on. I am looking for someone who is clean, chill and respectful. I am quite a social guy so it would be nice to be able to hang out from time to time.
