Hi!. I am looking for a roommate who will share an amazing apartment with me in Hornstull. The apartment is a 5 minute walk to both Soder Malarstrand as well as Honstulls strand and 10 minutes from Reimersholm and Langholmen, close to nice restaurants and plenty of green areas, honestly in the best location. . The home is bright, in the courtyard so is quiet and surrounded by trees, with a big balcony, and separate kitchen and dining room. In the photos, the room is furnished but anything can be removed or kept, as you need. Of course, other personal items will be removed before move-in. . I travel often for work, which means you will have the apartment to yourself the majority of the time. I am hoping to find a roommate who might also travel for work, is responsible, and easy going. . The rent is 10,000 (+1 months deposit) and includes all utilities, including internet, and professional cleaning of the apartment twice a month. There is a big laundry and drying room downstairs, which is very easy to book and use with 3 washing machines and 3 dryers. There is some space in the basement if you need to store anything as well. .
