1 rums lägenhet i Stockholm

Renting out a small furnished room in a 4 bedroom flat in central Stockholm. You'll be sharing the flat with others.. Looking for a responsible, calm female tenant in her 30s (or older) who is used to sharing with others but also likes to hang out a bit here an there (we're social - have a bunch of board games and such).. It's not a party place though, it is really close to bars/restaurants around Södermalm so easy enough to just pop outside and hang out with people.. The rent includes all bills and you have access to the rest of the flat which includes living room, kitchen etc. We also have a cleaner about twice per month for the general space.. As for the furniture in the room, there is a queen bed and a chest of drawers (whatever you see in the picture). There's also a fireplace (although can't use it anymore unfortunately but you can put candles in there).. FYI. There isn't a whole lot of storage space as the room is on the smaller side. This is something to consider. We can though take your luggage to the attic to clear that out of the way.. There’s a deposit of 2,000 which is returned as long as the room is clean and in a nice shape when you move on. . Write me a few lines if you're interested.. Only renting for the summer as of now..
