Renting out one room in a 4 bedroom flat to preferably someone 30+ years of age. Good if you're a team player and you like the place neat and quiet and want share a meal or two together once in awhile. There is plenty of places around södermalm to go out and we're very central, about 2 minutes walk to Slussen's subway station. The room itself is quite large with separate wardrobes, we share a living room, kitchen and bathroom. We have a cleaner 1+ times per month that helps out but otherwise everyone pitches in to help out to keep the place livable. As for people, we work in tech, the environment and design. It's not a party house but we do casually hang once in awhile. First and seconds month up front, with an additional smaller deposit and cleaning fee for move out.
