Hej, This is a weird website, so please check this info: I have a room available in my central Stockholm flat from April. It is room in a shared flat. Your bed-room is of course private but you have also access to the kitchen/living space and bathroom that are shared with me. + The flat could not be more central, it is located at Kungsholmsgatan at Kungsholmen (2 min walk to T-Centralen, biking distance to everything, 1 min to water) + Your bedroom is towards the quiet garden + I have an unlimited rental contract, so if it works out it can be long-term + I am an uncomplicated and tidy flatmate + Flat is nice and bright with high ceilings, is fully furnished and has a fully equipped living-kitchen + comes with WiFi, TV-screen, Dishwasher; BBQ, garden, washing machine, bike storage and storage are available to you in the house You will be sharing the room with me (an expat) and for some parts of the year with my girlfriend (Swedish). We are looking: - Someone who is tidy - Someone who is nice and friendly - We welcome Expats and are happy to help if you move to Sweden, as we know how it is to be new here. - We are not allowed to have pets - Of course you can host guests, but its not the best apartment for parties.
