We are looking for a new flatmate for a 2 and possible 3 months period!. Introducing our newly built and spacious apartment (85 sqm), with abundant natural light, and a modern design. Built in 2019, this newly constructed space features top-of-the-line appliances, 3 inviting bedrooms, a fully equipped bathroom with a washing machine and tumble dryer, and a modern kitchen including an exceptional coffee machine. Our kitchen is equipped with shared amenities, and we'll have a cleaning service for the common area. All bedrooms are fully furnished (with bed/mattress, closet, working desk, and desk chair). The common area is shared (bathroom and kitchen).. About the space:. + Sophisticated design. + Bright with many windows. + Top modern and fully equipped kitchen. + Modern bathroom with bathtub and towel warmer. + Wooden floors. + Shared Terrace. + Common backyard behind the house with barbecue area (needs to be reserved). Bedroom:. - 14 sqm. - 1,40cm bed. - 15 sqm. - Up to 2 persons (couples are more than welcome). - 1,60cm double bed (continental bed). - Huge wardrobe (2x2,36m). - Cozy armchair. - Rent: 8250kr/month rent (+1500kr for 2nd person). The rent is inclusive heating & warm/cold water. Additional costs (electricity, Wi-Fi, home insurance, cleaning) will be split amongst all (ca. 600kr/month/person). The deposit is 1-2 month's rent. The move-in date is the 1st of August but an earlier starting date can be discussed. The contract is without time limitation 🙂. We, Tomé (31, likes running, snowboarding, and sailing; Product Manager in FinTech), Štěpán (27, likes climbing, running and hiking; Researcher/PhD Student in Neuroscience and Psychology) and Adriano (28, likes running and works on a food start up) are the current flatmates in the apartment and we are looking for someone to takeover Stepan room.. Location:. The apartment is close to a few food stores, restaurants, pharmacy, gym, and Rissne metro station. Plus, if you like nature, the park/forest is super close by as well :). - Metro: The closest metro station is about 5 mins walking from the apartment ('Rissne'). From the metro station, it then takes 15 mins to get to the City Center via metro.. - Bus: The closest bus station is right in front of the apartment ('Lavettvägen').. Tvärbana: The tvärnana extension just around the corner is being finished soon, which will take you to Kista and Bromma in no time.. - Car: You can use the public street parking slots in neighboring streets..
