Roommate Wanted - Furnished Room in Duvbo, Sundbyberg. I’m looking for a roommate to my 4-room apartment in the heart of Duvbo. You’ll share the apartment with me. We’ll share the kitchen, bathroom (you will also have a WC on you own), and hallway, so I’m looking for someone who is calm, tidy, and considerate. Ideally, you have experience living with others. The Room for Rent: • Furnished with wardrobes with overhead cabinets, bed, shelf and table with chair. • Is facing the quiet street. What’s Included? The rent is 6000 SEK/month and includes: • Electricity, water, and heating • Wifi • Cleaning supplies • Kitchen equipment (pots, plates, etc.) About the Apartment and the Area: It’s a very charming property that was constructed in 1954. In 2014 a complete renovation, including pipe replacement was made. So even though it’s an old house, everything on the inside is quite new and fresh. The apartment is very centrally located in Duvbo: • Subway, commuter trains, and buses are also just a few steps from the building, which will take you to Stockholm City in 10 minutes. • Close to different grocery stores, restaurants, shopping, gyms, and bars. • For nature lovers, Lötsjön and Råstasjön are nearby, and you can walk or bike along Bällstaån all the way into the city. Good to Know: • There’s a private parking available to a fee. • A 1-month deposit is required. Who I’m Looking For?
