Hello! I'm renting out my one room apartment. The apartment has an open floor plan and a fairly large balcony. In total, there are 3 large windows and a glass balcony door, which creates a lot of light in the entire apartment. Regarding storage, a large part of it is built-in and can be found in the hallway, the bed has drawers and there are cupboards in the kitchen. You will also be able to use a storage space in the basement as long as you let me keep one cardboard box in there which you will see in the picture of the storage. The rest of the objects in the storage are things like the original wall paint, or tiles that make up the floor of the balcony, those will stay as well. The apartment is located in a central part of Sundbyberg yet it is a very quiet area since the highway is far away and there are no nightclubs, bars or such within hearing distance. According to google maps Sundbyberg station which has subway, tram and train is 9 minutes by walk and the closest tram station is 4 minutes. From Sundbyberg station the train takes you to central Stockholm in either 5 or 13 minutes depending on which train you take. The center of Sundbyberg is also about 10 minutes by foot, there you can find lots of bars, restaurants and stores. The two closest grocery stores, a large Willys and a smaller Ica, are both 5 minutes away by foot. The apartment is right next to the park and the river where it is nice to take a walk or go for a run. Within the compound there is a laundry room, a luxurious sauna, barbecue area, patio and a "bodega" that you can book. There is a bike storage in the building. Everything that stays in the apartment will be listed when writing the contract. Down below I list the main furniture/appliances that will be available. - Sofa + coffee table - Bed with mattress and storage - TV and TV bench and a small speaker if you wish to borrow - Kitchen table with two kitchen chairs - Microwave - Refrigerator and freezer - A small dishwasher - Glass ceramic stove and a standard oven - Washing machine with tumble dryer function - Outside furniture (two chairs and a table) - It will also be possible to borrow some kitchen items and such if desired. The 5G internet is included in the rent and has a speed of 100/10, higher speed is possible at a higher cost. Electricity and water is included in the rent. The deposit is one months rent. I'm planning on renting out as soon as possible and for one year with possibility to extend.
