1 rums lägenhet i Sundbyberg

My current flatmate is moving out in the beginning of March, so I'm looking for a new flatmate to share my pet-friendly home with. Furnished room in my apartment in Rissne (Sundbyberg) available with an ongoing lease, preferably long-term. The subway is a 3 minute walk from the apartment and takes about 15 minutes to T-centralen. There are busses to Solna, Bromma, Sollentuna, Vällingby, Universitetet, Danderyd and many more places just outside the door. Within walking distance there are several grocery stores, health centers, pharmacies, Systembolaget, McDonald's, gyms, restaurants, Hornbach, and more. Nearby you'll find Rissne-ängarna, Igelbäcken nature reserve and Ursvik with nice green areas, exercise tracks, outdoor gym, dog park, playground etc. We both have our own rooms and share rest of the space: -Kitchen, fully equipped and a dishwasher. -Livingroom with a couch and a TV. -Bathroom with a tub and a washer/dryer. -Private, fenced garden/patio. Wonderful during the summer with sun all day. The room is painted in a light gray color and furnished with a huge closet, fold-out couch, desk with a chair, small dresser and a cozy bed mounted from the ceiling. The rent includes heat, water, electricity, internet (wifi/fiber) and home-insurance. The home is shared with: LIA - I am 37 years old. I'm creative and love DIY projects. Some of my interests are animals, cars and motorcycles, the outdoors, and shopping at second hand stores. A lazy day I can stay in and watch series/movies, mostly true crime and documentaries. I work full time as a tow truck driver. RUDY - the world's laziest dog! An old english bulldog, approximately 11 years old. Her favorite activities are eating, playing with balls and swimming in her pool. BIRK - a foster dog, 1 year old American bulldog/Springer Spaniel mix. Lots of energy and loves everyone who gives him attention and cuddles. NYX & NEO- two sphynx cats (hairless) who are very social and greets you at the door. Neo would do anything for a treat and really enjoys being outdoors during the summer. Nyx enjoys to play in boxes and bags, and is staying fit by running in the exercise wheel. LEXI & NEMI- two leopard geckos that live in a special built livingroom table. There is also a small aquarium with fishes and shrimps.
