Roommate Wanted - Furnished Room in Central Sundbyberg. I’m looking for a roommate to my 3-room apartment in the heart of Sundbyberg. You’ll share the apartment with me and another roommate. We’ll share the kitchen, bathroom, and hallway, so I’m looking for someone who is calm, tidy, and considerate. Ideally, you’re over 30 and have experience living with others. The Room for Rent: • Furnished with 3 large built-in wardrobes with overhead cabinets. • Is facing the quiet backyard. • If you prefer to use your own furniture, that’s fine too. What’s Included? The rent is 6000 SEK/month and includes: • Electricity, water, and heating • Wifi • Cleaning supplies • Kitchen equipment (pots, plates, etc.) About the Apartment and the Area: It’s a very charming property with high ceilings and uneven walls that was constructed in 1954. In 2014 a complete renovation, including pipe replacement was made. So even though it’s an old house, everything on the inside is quite new and fresh. The apartment is very centrally located in Sundbyberg: • The tram station is right outside the building entrance and takes you to Mall of Scandinavia in 10 minutes. • Subway, commuter trains, and buses are also just a few steps from the building, which will take you to Stockholm City in 10 minutes. • Close to different grocery stores, restaurants, shopping, gyms, and bars. • For nature lovers, Lötsjön and Råstasjön are nearby, and you can walk or bike along Bällstaån all the way into the city. Good to Know: • Move-in is available immediately. • There’s no private parking available. • A 1-month deposit is required. Who I’m Looking For?
