This is a cosy apartment of 32+12 square meters (there is a “loft” with a 180cm bed and wardrobes). The apartment is placed in my favorite part of Uppsala; Rosendal, with the nature close by, 10-15min by bike to the city center, 200m to the nearest bus station and both Ica, a pharmacy and a 4 floors gym in the building. On the roof of the building you find a terrace with tables, a “loop”/short track for running, and a small basketball court. The apartment has a dishwasher and a combined dryer and a washing machine.
