1 rums lägenhet i Uppsala

I am renting out my apartment from late june to early january while I am abroad on a research visit. It is on the upper floor (out of two floors) with windows to the south east and is very quiet. I can leave the furniture, electronics, kitchen stuff, bedding, tools etc. in the place, but can also move what you don't need to the basement storage. You may use my bike too. The rent includes heating and water. Electricity will be billed to me, then I charge you later. about 300kr. The internet can be similar but you can choose to not have it or use other company. The association has a garden and parking area, and bike parking both outdoor and indoor. I think a reserved parking lot for car is available at 200kr. The basement has bike rooms, a room with laundry and dying machines, a drying room, and some other less useful rooms in common, and two personal storage rooms (one will be full with my stuff; you can use the other one). The apartment was completely renovated by the previous owner about 5 years ago. Bathroom got floor heating. You can visit for viewing when I will give any further information. (I speak swedish.)
