Norrlandsgatan 16. In the quiet Luthagen part of Uppsala we have our family house and we want to rent out a very strange room in the yard house. It is a very unique place to live in. We have had people living there for many years and others who moved out after a a few month because it was too small. It is very hard to describe it. You have your own entrance, with a small porch, and can step out directly into the garden. You have a small kitchen part, but the toilet and shower is in the basement, and you have to go out and then back in through another door to get there. . Some people just say you can't live like this, it is not for them, while others think it is super cute and love it, but find it a little bit invonvenient. And some just love it and have stayed many years. So you will have to come for a visit and look at it, we don't want to rent it out unseen. . It is within walking distance down town, in one of Uppsala's best areas. There is a room for bicycles and bus stops are close by. We have a food store just two blocks away. The house is old and have charm.. You have full access to the big yard, with opportunity to plant your own things and easy parking on the street for a reasonable amount. We will rent it out per semester August to January, with a possibility for a longer period upon agreement.. If you are interested send a message and we can schedule a visit.. The rent is set at 4000 per month, but it is divided, 3500 during the summer half of the year, and 4500 during the winter half of the year because of heating expenses during the winter. We rent it out for 6 month at a time, August-January and then February to July.. Message me and we can set up a visit.
