Hej 👋 We(a couple) is looking for a "Female" tenant to share our apartment at Kantorsgatan for 6 months first and then until further notice if everything is good 😊 About myself, I'm a Mechanical Engineer by profession and my wife is a freelancer. I like to cook, live in peace, likes to read and chill out. From here it will only take 10 mins to Uppsala central and also have excellent bus connections. Details about the accommodation:- 1. Room is only for one person who is a non smoker and who has no pets. 2. There are 2 rooms in this whole apartment. You will get one room for yourself. We have a shared kitchen and toilet. 3. There is a drop in laundry downstairs ! So you can wash your clothes anytime without a booking! :) 4. Storage rooms and wardrobes available. 5. Cooking facilities are available in the form of hobs, microwave and fridge with freezer compartment, cabins for storage. 5. Internet and electricity bills are splitted 50% between us. 6. Nearby groceries - 5 min walk- Lidl and ICA 7. If you expect any guests, kindly tell me in advance. I will also inform you if I have any guests:) But, absolutely no overnight guest stays. 8. House have a cleaning schedule & general rules which we both should follow. The rent is paid in advance 25th of each month to blocket. Only tenants without payment notes and criminal records. We're looking for a person who keeps the apartment clean all the time and see the place as their own home 😊. Its very important for us.
