ROOM FOR A STUDENT IN STOCKHOLM I can offer a 13 sqm room in our house in Stuvsta. The room is furnished with a desk, chairs, bookshelves, wardrobes and a bed. You can use the kitchen and the living room, and you share the shower and the toilet with the other tenant. You can borrow bed facilities and use e.g. the laundry room. You also have access to the garden and nice surroundings for recreational activities. No smoking! Stuvsta is a calm suburb close to central Stockholm, 12 minutes with the commuter train from central Stockholm. It’s also close to for example KTH Campus in Flemingsberg, 6 minutes with the commuter train. The train station in Stuvsta is about 10-15 minutes’ walk from our house. I have rented to international students these last years. I speak Swedish, German, English, and some French, and I normally rent two rooms to two students. We are usually quite social, like to cook together, sometimes have a glass together in the evening and we are also interested in foreign cultures.
