Välplanerad 2a centralt i lugna Johanneberg centralt i Göteborg. Uthyrs möblerad / omöblerad utifrån hyresgästs önskemål. Lägenheten ligger högst upp i huset, har balkong mot lugn tvärgata, gott om ljusinsläpp och bra förvaring med två garderober integrerade i väggarna. Passar utmärkt för två personer. Busshållplats (Engdahlsgatan) med goda kommunikationer ligger mycket nära. Jag hyr ut pga arbete på annan ort. Datum för inflyttning helst runt 1 maj, men kan finnas möjlighet till flexibilitet. Utflytt inom ett år, eventuellt redan augusti (vet detta i april). Så viktigt att hyresgäster är något flexibel med detta. I hyran ingår allt utom elektricitet, vilket brukar uppgå till ca 150-200kr / månad i snitt. Det ingår också ett förråd på bottenplan där möjlighet finns till mer förvaring. Genom föreningen kan man också (kostnadsfritt) boka grill samt uteplatsen på innergården. Bilderna är från ett par år sedan och inredningen ser något annorlunda ut idag, kan skicka aktuella bilder vid förfrågan och man får gärna komma förbi och titta om man är intresserad. Lägenheten är väl omhändertagen och trivs själv väldigt bra i den, framförallt för att den är så ljust (men härligt trägolv) och en stor balkong precis utanför vardagsrummet. Located at the top floor of the building, with balcony towards calm street, luminous and with good storage opportunities (wardrobe/closet). Date for move-in is 1st of July, but will probably be able to adjust by plus/minus 1 month. Included in the rent is everything, except electricity amounting to 150-200 SEK on average, depending on use. In addition, a separate storage unit on the bottom floor is included where one can store things as needed. There is also a number of grills and a patio bookable (for free) as part of the building association. The apartment is well-preserved and I enjoy living here a lot, especially since the apartment is so luminous/bright, the wooden floor and the large balcony right next to the living room. Therefore, it is important for me to find a tenant who, as well, will take good care of the apartment and enjoy living here for one year with chance to extend.
