I've moved in with my partner, and thus my apartment is available to rent for a period of time. Wallenstam allows for a maximum rental period of 1 year, and has a minimum period of 3 months to notify before moving out. Thus, the rental period being offered is flexible between 3-12 months, with the apartment being returned to Wallenstam thereafter. The apartment has been professionally cleaned to be returned to Wallenstam, and thus it is expected that the apartment will be returned in the same condition after the rental period. The apartment is newly build as of 2022. It is unfurnished, but the light fittings and curtains (blackout) can remain if desired. The kitchen includes a fridge, freezer, induction hob, oven, and a dishwasher. A washing machine and a clothes drier are included in the apartment. The apartment has a balcony which faces South-SouthEast, so it gets some sun during the day. The balcony also looks out over the green space in Kallebäcks Terrasser. There is a free outdoor gym close by, a playground, Nordic wellness gym, doctor, and a Coop. The bus stop (Number 18) is 30 seconds walk from the front door. I have some limited furniture pieces available in storage if required (a small table, chair, recliner chair, some cutlery & plates etc). Internet is not provided in the rent. Tenant must purchase internet separately. Both hot and cold water, and electricity is included in the rent. House/apartment insurance is required by Wallenstam from the occupant.
