A shared laundry room is in the building, private storage in the basement and a cozy backyard is connected to the apartment. Parking is possible in front of the building, there are 3 parking spaces available, although free spots are not always guaranteed. Close to the apartment you have access to a wide variety of services, cafes, stores and transport communications. There's gonna be smaller renovations before moving in, otherwise the apartment is rented in its current condition. The kitchen is equipped with a stove, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. Smoke-free. The rent includes heat and warm water. Electricity is not included but the monthly estimate is SEK 400. You need to sign your own broadband.
