Bus stop #6 (100m, 8min to Hyllie station) and #10(200m). 4.500 kr for Smaller room (12m2) (1 person) 5.000 kr for Bigger room (14m2) (1 person) 7.000 kr for 2 people in Bigger room 9.000 kr for Both rooms (max 2 people) 10.000kr for both rooms (max 3 people) There is one more separate WC in the appartement. Deposition 1 month rent Rent pays upfront = first payment is 2 months hyra the first day !!! Both rooms have writing table, and can be modified according to wishes with different furniture.
